Refund policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from any purchase contract within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the customer or a third party, other than the carrier, takes physical possession of the goods.

2. Exercise of the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must inform us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). Customers may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for customers to send their communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

3. Effects of Withdrawal

If customers withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from the customer, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from the customer’s choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about the customer’s decision to withdraw from this contract.

We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as the customer used for the initial transaction, unless the customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, the customer will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or the customer has supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

4. Return of Goods

Customers must send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which they communicate their withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if the customer sends back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

5. Diminished Value of Goods

Customers are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

6. Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following types of contracts:

  • The supply of goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
  • The supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

This return policy is provided in accordance with the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (Konsumentenschutzgesetz, KSchG) and the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Sales Act (Fern- und Auswärtsgeschäfte-Gesetz, FAGG).
